As a structural engineer, I can tell you that there are numerous difficulties with this proposed design including strength of the film, size of the posts, size of the foundations to support the posts, and resistance to 115 mph wind loads per the Ohio Building Code. You would, in essence, be erecting a giant sail with huge lateral and uplift loads.
