    No... Just no.

Can we PLEASE just stop with the "Good teams don't..." argument every time the Reds screw up? I don't think I have ever seen a "Good teams don't" claim in a game thread where i could not think of a time the Big Red Machine did the same thing or worse.

One or two days out of every week, good teams play like bad teams... the reverse is also true.
Good teams lose leads, games and even series to last place teams.
Good teams have their bullpen implode on 2, 3 or even 4 nights in a row.
Good teams have nights, series and maybe even weeks where they can't hit with runners in scoring position
Good teams screw up the fundamentals from time to time.
    Good teams have losing streaks
Good teams have days or series where it seems no one can hit, period.
    Good teams make errors.

    Welcome to baseball. It's hard.

The only thing that is consistently correct about good teams compared to bad is at the end of the season they normally have more wins.

Definitely should have been caught. With Senzel tagging I wonder if there's any chance he scores. (Billy might have)

    And in a playoff spot.

Both for being 2nd and we’d be a wild card if need be.

It'll be interesting if the NHL comes up with some gimmick to shorten games after that obnoxious five period OT game. Two and a half times the length of a regulation game.

Is the runner starting on 2nd rule for post-season also?

They already have the 3 on 3 during the regular season.

And with a BAPIP of .235, lowest in the majors. Over the last two seasons it was .307 and .288.
