Can’t be too angry at our hitters. Brad Keller is a first-ballot HOF’er.

the only good news is the reds will soon learn they need to be sellers at the trade deadline. this team has zero juice.

Too early to make any real determination, and the whole “is Cueto an ace” discourse still haunts my brain, but it is pretty obvious that Gray and Bauer are the better pitchers right now which makes him the Reds 2020 #3.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

    Reds down 3-0 after 1 1/2.

Reds doing ok except for hitting, fielding, pitching.

Perfect base running, Winker walked and didn’t get picked off or anything.

That’s not such a bad problem to have.

Good eye Joshua. You never want to swing at fastballs down the pipe with 2 strikes against you. It’s a trap.

Could start by trading Josh VanMeter straight into the sea.

Votto makes an error then some walks and hits.
Castillo not looking good and threw about 35 pitches in the first inning.

this team is a disaster based on preseason expectations. what a bunch of underachievers. the only exceptions are winker, gray and bauer, who are studs. maybe castellanos, too.

I honestly believe the umpire messed up Castillo. Not a valid excuse, he has to deal with it.

But I thought Luis grooved a 3-2 pitch to Soler because he couldn’t get a strike call on the corners. Didn’t want to walk the bases loaded. That opened the door to the big inning.

Why don't you walk away and stop following them?
