this years bullpen and new faces....

the offseason was full of transactions involving many pitchers i'm really unfamiliar with....i was trying to piece together in my mind what the bullpen might look like but i can't really come up with a depth chart....can one of you who follow these guys closely kinda come up with where these new guys, including the minor league contract additions, fall into some sort of depth chart?

You should clearly know that this is being discussed in the “Nick Kroll weighing SS options” thread.

yes all the additions are great, the reds are fortunate to find such potential bruce sutters, and goose gossages , what an amazing heist, impossible to separate all the jewels acquired

Re: this years bullpen and new faces....

Here is what I posted in another thread, may be better served here:

I'd like to see them keep Antone as a late-inning reliever - too much up in the air (Sims' health, Doolittle's performance) there and Antone profiles as 3-6 out guy.

Keeping an eye on DeLeon and Hoffman, both out of options, and the Perez's, both with an option left and SP experience. I could see the bullpen being:

    Garrett
    Doolittle
    Sims
    Antone
    Ramirez
    Bedrosian
    Hoffman
    DeLeon

This way you have three guys (DeLeon, Hoffman and Antone) capable of going multiple innings or spot starting, with one or both of the Perez's, Santillan, and later Vlad/Lodolo ready to make starts later in the year.

Perhaps another poster can guess on the depth chart beyond these guys? And maybe Berenyi can give us an obsure comp for each member of this bullpen?

Keep an eye on the Perezes too, particularly Cionel.
    I'm not a system player. I am a system.
