    remember how locked in Bauer was in his other starts....then he is acting goofy today and gets rocked....

    i don't even blame him. once the brewers scored 1 run he probably figured he was screwed given this pathetic offense. need to throw a shutout if you want to win if you're a reds' pitcher in 2020.

    The team's two biggest stars aren't hitting at all. The big international acquisition is proving why career minor leaguers excel in Japan, the big lefty bat they signed has missed half the year, the guy who was the jewel of the system and tanking rebuild is out with Covid and the guy who lit a fire last year can't even get on the roster.

    I’ve always believed that pitching will eventually suffer when the team doesn’t score.

    Just puts too much pressure on the pitching to win without support.

    It’s distracting and causes guys to try to be too perfect.
