BR hates us...but they have been right. A few weeks back every other site had us at like 60% and BR was like 23%.

Does anyone know how long Senzel is out for? Reds have been remarkably quiet about it. Is there a mandatory Covid-IL length?

I think it until there are two consecutive negative COVID tests which must be at least 24 hours apart. Length can vary.

Could be a while yet then if he has the infection until he starts getting negative tests. Sad for him, must be a worrying time and disappointing he can't play.

Burton-on-Trent is the original home of IPA beers i believe. I remember Leeds beating them 5-0 in the Championship and the Leeds (home of Tetleys/John Smiths smooth beers)fans singing "Your beer's s*** and so are you"

Coventry City equalized and then the Sky Blues scored again in the 89th minute to send the Brewers to the 3-2 loss.

The Reds need a cool emblem like that. Mr Redlegs just can't compare to an elephant sitting a top a blue and white ball.

Overwhelmingly LHH lineup by Reds against the righty. Only two RHH, Cast and Suarez.

Let’s see if Reds can generate an offense or simply keep hitting everything into the shift.

Most English football clubs had badges like that at one point. They are usually the same as the coat of arms of the city they represent. The elephant represents St George and I believe the phoenix rising from the flames is a reference to the destruction of Coventry cathedral which was bombed by the luftwaffe during WW2. The problem emerged in the modern era with copyright and control of these emblems and most clubs changed to a corporate emblem they could control easier which is a shame as there were some historic ones that were replaced by quite bland designs. Man United's still contains a ship in full sail as a nod to the Manchester Ship Canal, while the oldest badge of LUFC has a hanging sheep in reference to it's history as a centre of the wool trade and the coat of arms of it's first alderman. Incidentally many english teams started out as industry works teams and their nicknames and badges come from the factories whose employees created the teams (Sheffield United - the blades Rotherham United- the millers from steelworking), Luton Town - the hatters, Arsenal - the gunners, orginally workers at a major weapons manufacturer the Woolwich Arsenal. Stoke - the potters etc. Bit of useless information while we're waiting for the first pitch

Despite being a local rival of my team, i've always like Barnsley's badge, a nod to their history as a coal mining and glassmaking town. For a tenuous baseball connection they are part-owned by Billy Beane, are one of the smallest towns to have a team in the Championship and are becoming known for their ability to find players on a very small budget...not sure why..

Shouldn't we be celebrating the Liverpool team logo?
Bud Selig: "I'm the worst commissioner ever"
    Rob Manfred: "Hold my beer"

Useless trivia: Josh Hader is two outs away from a season's no-hitter. He has gone 8.1 innings so far in 2020 w/o allowing a base hit.
