I liked Nick’s answer to Pic who said “how would it feel to win tomorrow?”

“How about we do it and ask me then.”

Ignore the colors he's got on but I've fully embraced this ethos, personally.

“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I'm a fan of the sincerity he's speaking with there. This ain't a joke to him.

It’s wrong but I can’t help but wish Votto and Winker got to Rizzo and went to town.

Say what you want but we have some guys ready to bleed for this team.

If that’s wrong, I don’t wanna be right. I despise Anthony Rizzo.

Well, if the Cubs didn't know who Tejay Antone was, I'd say they do now...

: Antone: "The Cubs chirp the most. I notice when they're down they usually get quieter."
"Second inning they were chirping at me for grunting on a few fastballs... after the inning I gave them another grunt"

Aquino has to at least get honorable mention for player of game. Nice running catch to end the Cubs 7th and knocks in tying run in 7th. I am super happy to see him back.
