Kawhi flat-out quit on the Spurs. I have zero respect for him as a man.

Who wins the bubble? The University of Kentucky and John Calipari. This year's playoffs should be prime viewing for every recruit Marquette and Kentucky has to offer.

Marquette has both Crowder and Butler doing big things, while Kentucky has AD, Bam, Herro, and Jamal Murray.

Perhaps the three biggest moments of the playoffs have a UK blue tinge to them-- AD's "Kobe" shot, Bam's swat of Tatum, and Murray's heroics against Utah. (Jokic and LeBron may scream for their moments in the sun, but neither went to college.)

Individual players are, of course, great for colleges and universities, but having multiple players representing the same university has to be good for business.

Of the players who went to college, if you include Playoff Rondo, Kentucky could rightfully claim five of the ten best narratives of these playoffs.

Billy Donovan has agreed to a deal to become the next coach of the Chicago Bulls, sources tell ESPN.

I don't hate Donovan in Chicago.

I saw where he interviewed with the Pacers. I wonder how that went.

Nuggets are a game 4 loss away from having LA just where they want them.

I was just about to say the exact same thing. The Lakers better lose this next game or they're toast.

Marc J. Spears: Jamal Murray is shooting 72.7% (8-11) from 3-pt range in clutch time this postseason, which is the best such percentage in a single postseason in @ESPNStatsInfo available data set with minimum 10 attempts. Clutch time is when score is within 5 points in the game’s final 5 minutes
Murray looked like a superstar. He reminds me a little of Kelly Tripucka and a little of Jeff Malone.

Neither of those fits very well, though.

    Somebody help me out.

He has the confidence and swagger of Reggie Miller.

He's a better shooter and more athletic than Theus ever was.

I've gone through most of the better shooting combo guards and come up short. Vinnie Johnson? Tiny Archibald? Mike Bibby? Mark Price? None of them are quite right. It's that herky jerky smooth style that's totally a throwback to the late 70's and early 80's. He glides until he doesn't. It's totally a style that exudes cool. (At least to me.)

It's really bothering me, though, that I can't come up with who he reminds me of.

I'll go with Mahoud Abdul-Rauf (but taller) for a Murray style comp.

    Gus Williams?

This video doesn't show his great outside shooting as he gets to the rim for most of his 32 points in the Game 1 1979 Finals vs Washington. But, it does show how easy he made it look and that's what Murray does....always in control.

Nuggets are up 2-1 if Davis doesn't hit the 3-pointer.
