He figured that if the Reds can give a few outs to the Pirates, he'll take a few from them too!

Pirates with what seems like their 50th base hit up the middle.

That inning is over. Shake it off and come back and win the game.

I thought you said you'd stop watching baseball if the Reds voted to sit out that game in Milwaukee in protest.

He needs to be DH’d more. The pasture comment is more than a little much for a guy currently helping with the bat. Have some tact and demonstrate social skills. It’s not hard, This is a Reds board with fans of Votto and the Reds. It doesn’t have to be sunshine and lollipops, but maybe some effort not to be a condescending, negative, dbag, would be appreciated every now and then.

Does Bauer come back out in the 6th?

Maybe, but you pull him the second he lets someone on base.

Used to be an easier call without the DH. You’d just pinch hit this inning. Now, who knows?

I know the numbers do exist, IÂ’d like to know where the Reds rank in shifting?
Kevin NewmanÂ’s WEAK ground ball is an out vs most teams I imagine.

This may be a split tonight. Bauer is not the ace we thought he was. At least so far.

what? 3 of the 4 runs are because votto couldn't catch the baseball.

also, no one said bauer is an ace. but he's a hell of a #2.
