He’s played in every game. I assume it’s just a rest game and to get Senzel in the field for one game. If Winker was healthy I think AA would be out if the lineup. Not that I agree with that, just think it would have happened that way.

Trevor Bauer is making his 5th start this year on the day of a doubleheader. The last Reds pitchers to do that were Clay Kirby and Pat Darcy, who each started 5 games on the day of a doubleheader in 1975.

The Pirates are everyone else’s punching bag and the Reds titanic struggle every time out.
I dont care, Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. Hes in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.

And then he's just filthy pitching to Moran. Nice.

If I were guessing, and it’s just a guess, Reds will score some runs in this game. Lineup is well balanced, not too many LHH to hit into shift. Hoping Senzel is truly ready to play his best. Lineup is at least 7 deep.

They've given the Cards and Brewers as much if not more trouble than us.

The Cubs and AL Central have absolutely annihilated them.

Fair point, hadn't looked at their record against the other NL Central teams besides seeing the Cubs whooping them regularly.

Nice finish. Hopefully Bauer will be sharper innings 2 on.
