    Maybe the Bengals are going to make another team better:

    Well plus it saves a ton of $$$ if they deal him...but no way he was coming back after last week.

    @RapSheet

    Sources: The #Bengals have told DE Carlos Dunlap to stay home rather than come to work today as the team sorts out his future. They have had trade talks centered around their disgruntled pass-rusher, and those are continuing.

    Rappaport says for a player AND a pick. Interesting.
    Well, that's what those words mean. He was here. If they don't keep him, he will have been lost/subtracted. I headed out the door today with two shoes on my feet. If I don't return with them, I have lost them. If I do return with them, I haven't added them. ---M2

    What I saw on Twitter by Rappaport just said a pick.

    More on the trade of #Bengals DE Carlos Dunlap to the #Seahawks: Seattle sends OL BJ Finney to Cincy along with a pick, per @TomPelissero and me.

    Finney is a former starter for the Steelers. Nice

    I really thought we had a chance

    Pretty happy with Finney though. He's not great, but he's graded out fairly well in limited snaps in the past. Hopefully he's an upgrade, and he's at least going to help right now with all the injuries.

    Unfortunate that it had to end this way with Dunlap, but his effort has been absolutely terrible this year. He could have worked his ass off to get back his old spot, but he chose to air out his frustrations on social media instead. He's done a lot for the team/city over the years, though. Wish him all the best in Seattle + wherever else he plays.

    BJ Finney is a nice pick-up. I doubt this affects the Quinton Spain signing - he just has to get through COVID testing, I believe.

    They probably had to take Finney to make the money work for Seattle. So hopefully it doesn't prevent them from signing Spain.

    This is a good move, even if Dunlap wasn't disgruntled.

    I don’t know how good it will be, but it is A move, which is more than I expected and at least they tried to add to the OL. Hopefully it works out well, but at least it should improve the attitude in the locker room.
