Sure, but I dunno about leading off the guy that has looked completely lost at the plate for a month. Call me crazy. Hope it works out and he goes 2-3!

I didn't know Jankowski and Davidson were still in the organization. Ignorance definitely was bliss.

If they're used here, I hope Jankowski is a terror on the basepaths and Davidson hits an important HR. But I'd also be okay if they just do a great job of cheering for their teammates.

I was kinda hoping for Ty Steve as a RH bat off the bench/emergency catcher that makes it easier for Casali to PH for Barnhart in a critical moment.

I would have brought Tyler Stevenson back up instead of Davidson. Just as likely to run into one as a righty off the bench...could use either catcher as a pinch hitter with Stevenson on the bench and more comfortable behind the plate than Farmer.

Go Reds! I'm at work and can't watch the game, but I'll be following along.

I get that Senzel has to play today due to the LHP, but I don't understand the logic of having him leadoff.

But, maybe today is the beginning of his comeback.

Or in the case of this week..."work" from home.

Correlation doesn't mean causation here, but the Reds went 13-5 after they DFA'd Davidson and brought up Stevenson.

    It's more than a slump. Last 28 days, 26 games .177/.225/.354/.580
Teams have stopped throwing him strikes after that super hot start.
