Nothing but heart break for me!

Myself and Red fans deserve a win on Wed so much!
Personally I’ve had nothing but heart break recently.
And it’s about to give me an ulcer!

    1. My Wildcats could/should have beat Auburn. After getting a couple of touchdowns taken away from them, they were still only down 8-7 at halftime after outplaying Auburn all day. And then after a couple of bone head 4th down tries, an idiotic on-side kick, etc.. it was over. No way Auburn was going to let us leave there with a win. No chance.

    2. The Bengals could easily be 3-0. But instead they are 0-2-1. Unreal. They have flat out just gave away 3 games. Can’t make a field goal, can’t give Burrow more than a second to throw the ball, omg.

    3. And now the Reds. 14 opportunities to score just 1 run with a runner at 3rd with less than 2 outs and CAN’T DO IT. Unreal. And lose 1-0 blowing that historical gem from Bauer. Heartbreaking.

I honestly don’t think I can take much more.

The fact that you think the Bengals could be 3-0 says it all. Apathy hasn't fully set in for you yet. Few more years...

We’re 31-30. What was so surprising about losing that game?
    Our pitching was great.
    Our offense sucked.
Base running and managing was terrible.

That’s our season in a nutshell.

And to to add; Bell is so bad it almost seems passive aggressive at this point

There’s still a fairly significant stalwart who white knight for him. I don’t understand it.

After going 11-4 in their last 15 the pitching staff putting up 0’s for 12 innings, I was a little surprised.

It's supposed to break your heart. At least we got a hit. That hurt.

The Reds are now sitting on a 22 inning postseason scoreless streak. Since sweeping the Dodgers in 95, we are now 2-12 in our playoff games since then. 2-13 if you count the 99 game against the Mets. Technically not a playoff game, but in reality it was.

Nothing but heart break for me!

Twins have lost 18 playoff games in a row.

They avoid the Yankees and still can’t win.

We are not alone at the loser bar tonight...

Didn’t see any of the Twins/Yanks. As for us, this loss wouldn’t have been so hard to take if not for the way they lost. I can’t remember one team blowing that many easy scoring opportunities in one game. And they wasted an A+ effort from Bauer.

And that double steal was..in a word...the stupidest managerial call I’ve ever seen.

Since I share the exact same fandom you do:

    1. UK football being competitive with Auburn @ Auburn is such a huge step up for our program. We're not there yet, but we're so far away from being the laughing stock we used to be.

    2. The Bengals have their franchise QB and the early returns are good. Tee Higgins isn't looking bad either. Upgrade the O and D lines and we might have something. Still at least a year off from the literal bottom of the NFL.

    3. The Reds are in the best position we've been in since 2013.

Things sucked this week. They REALLY sucked this week. But if these franchises were stocks and you were looking at the long picture they're all trending up.
