Is this a "must win" game?

May Luis' pitches seem invisible and Reds hitters see beach balls.

Surprised no Casali today as Castillo's battery mate.

good to see that kyle farmer is not our full-time playoff shortstop.

    Really need this one.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

We got this. The bats bust out today, and Castillo cruises.

Barnhart instead of Casali? When Castillo and Casali had been on a good roll.
It is not like Tucker can out hit Casali. Got to forget the LHB vs. the RHP at least I believe so.
Hope Tucker can make me eat my words and have a huge game.

Apparently the Casali decision is he is dealing with a sore wrist so that is why he is not playing today. He is available but outside an emergency situation you probably won't see Casali in this series again

If he's hurt, they should say he's hurt so that we can replace him with Stephenson. There's no point in having a wounded Casali taking up a roster spot if a healthy Stephenson is available.

If the Reds wins this one, they have the advantage in the pitching matchup tomorrow. They can still win this series.

Reds are 2-13 in their last 15 playoff games (counting 1999). So, the law of averages would seem to be in the Reds' favor.

...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

That 2 was the first 2 they won in SF, and then came home to needing just one win in 3 chances, and failed, like they failed yesterday to get a single run in with several good chances. Ask the Twins how the law of averages worked out for them! They blew it in the first inning of the first game just like the Reds did yesterday.
