    Major League Baseball is launching an investigation into fired Mets general manager Jared Porter, according to a person with knowledge of the situation. Based on the results, Porter could face suspension, which would prevent him from holding another MLB job without reinstatement.

    Did the owners ever collect on their insurance claim? I'm assuming they would have come to some agreement. Anyway, that could explain why trans are suddenly flush.

    I was wondering a few days ago if the ownership collective had somehow gotten some inside news on COVID vaccines or something otherwise related that might make them think they could have full stadiums sooner than later.
