December 10/11, I believe, is the date for the FDA for the Pfizer vaccine.

Yeah, I don't mind any of that. But I'm in Ohio, no maybe he couldn't swing that. What's a travel medical place? The labs here are already way behind.

Passport Health is a travel clinic that does vaccines and stuff like that and they are doing COVID tests. They have locations in NE Ohio and I'm pretty sure they have them in the Cincinnati area.

Just checked and no one has an appointment before Friday, so I'll stick with what I have. I sent the info to a couple of friends though. Thanks.

Reducing quarantines to 7 days + a negative test AND shrinking close contact from six to three feet when both parties are masked would reflect what the science says. It would keep a lot more kids in school as well.

We used Passport here, but I had made the appointment a few weeks prior to going.

Thinking seriously about booking some travel for next fall to have something to look forward to - we're so close to having all this in the rear view mirror.

I want to take the family down to North Carolina next fall. Couple days in Charlotte, couple days in Asheville.

Lots of time in the mountains. I miss western NC so much.

I want to go somewhere really, really crowded. Like shoulder to shoulder.

I got an AirBnB on Lake Norman back in July and drove down. It was the best week of this whole crap year.

We drove to Utah in April and hiked the hell out of some beautiful, empty country. I kind of wish we had just stayed there!

We bought a condo at the beach without even seeing it - 2.5 hours away and have spent a good amount of time over the last 2 months there.

Re: COVID-19 Part IX -Vaccine Time

Just cancelled our Christmas outing in Granville for this weekend. We were going to stay at the Granville Inn. Nice town and lovely place to stay. I had made reservations last summer thinking we’d be ok by now.

Looks like Saturday will be a bottle of wine, grilled steak, and watch a movie on the Hallmark Channel to keep the spousal unit happy.
