Here's a tough one, truly undecidable, at least for me, #16. Sheldon goes with Temple, but what about Cardenas. Temple 9 yrs. with Reds: .291/.372/.361/.733. Cardenas, also 9 years with Reds: .261/.313/.377/.690. Cardenas the better defender at more premium position.

I'd take Reggie Sanders over both... somewhere someone is pimping Oester, but it will always be Brandon Larson's number to me, what a magnificent flame-out

Agree about Sanders. Somehow forgot he wore 16, probably either because it seems like an infielder's number or because the numbers of the younger players aren't burned into my brain like those from the 50's and 60's. I'd take either Temple or Cardenas over Oester.
