Farmer says he dropped 10 pounds this offseason to prepare for shortstop. Now at 195 lbs., he says it's as low as he's been at since his freshman year of college.
Farmer said he's had a pretty drastic swing change this offseason. He worked with Pirates hitting coach Rick Eckstein.

Those are some good looking pics. Sure hope they open the back fields to fans before spring ends. That is part of the rites of spring for my trips and it will be sad if COVID screws up yet another spring training.
