Woods had to be extricated from the vehicle using the Jaws of Life.
Multiple leg injuries, and the car is pretty beat up. Hopefully not life threatening, but it looks and sounds career ending.

Here's a better (worse, really) picture of the car.

Early reports from LA news is a vehicle cut in front of Woods and fled the scene. Also that Tiger was driving at a "very high rate of speed" and flipped over multiple times.
Whoever cut in front of Tiger should drive straight to the police department now. You might get away with that somehow in a normal situation. But not when the other car was driven by Tiger Woods.
Scary stuff. Every report that comes out seems to get worse and worse.
Matters a lot less that he’s a famous athlete than a father of two young kids.

It looks like it. Hawthorne Blvd is a main street, and looks like there is a side street that comes in near where he crashed. He was probably speeding down the hill, guy turned in front of him and he went across all the lanes and crashed on the other side of the road below the high school that’s above the road.
Sounds like Tiger's injuries are not life threatening.
Hopefully Tiger is ok. Hopefully the other person turns themselves in. And hopefully Tiger stops driving like a giant ******bag.
Not holding my breath for 2 and especially 3.

President Donald Trump awarded golfer Tiger Woods the nation's highest civilian honor on Monday, describing the 43-year-old as a "true legend" who transformed golf and then fought through years of injury to return to the sport's summit.
Trump awarded Woods with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. He's the fourth golfer to earn that distinction and certainly the youngest. While Woods dominated the sport for more than a decade, he won his first major in nearly 11 years at last month's Masters Tournament, a comeback that captivated the sporting world.

We'll know more once the extent of his injuries are public, but you've got to wonder if this is the end. He's put his body through so much.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.
