Ouch. High of 39 on Thursday. By end of game could be below freezing. Coldest opening day in a long time.

I was at Opening Day 2009 against the Mets. It was 37° and overcast. My buddy and I had seats about 10-15 rows behind the Reds dugout. I had thrown out my back the day before while picking up twigs and branches in my front yard. Sitting in the cold seats that day actually made my back feel better -- it was like having an ice pack on my back the whole game.
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.

Not yet it won’t be. We’re not allowed to make money in our restaurants yet.

Opening Day is fun even without tickets... Last week I could have grabbed 2 seats to the SECOND game of the season for $18 each.

As it is, I'm taking my son to the 3rd game of the season... all the peanuts/popcorn/pop he can eat.

I'm too cheap to pay premium prices (especially for a sub-standard product)

Sorry if slightly off topic but like every year, 700wlw has all day coverage going on right now. I always love to hear Bill Cunningham’s speech just before game time. Yes, he always predicts Reds to win the World Series.

So what is the weather outlook? Any chance of postponement?

For the cold? I guess never say never, but I've never seen that before.

It appears that some face-value tickets have been released--there are tickets right now via the MLB and Ballpark apps.
