Hmmm. Imagining Schrock as a pinch hitter for Farmer in a key spot with ducks on the pond and less than 2 outs where you need contact to drive in a run against a tough right hand pitcher. Schrock puts the ball in play, runner scores from 3rd. Blandino comes on to replace Farmer in the field next inning. I think Bell needs Blandino and Schrock. Jameson Hannah, who the Reds received from the A’s in the Tanner Roak trade, and then was traded to the Rockies in the Jeff Hoffman trade, hit the 3 run homer to tie the game.
