Paul Molitor was a super-talented player who had difficulty staying on the field as a young player. He started his career at 3B, 2B, and CF, but wasn't until he settled in as a DH/1B that he became the Paul Molitor we all know.

One of my favorite petty RedsZone posts ever was somebody saying that a guy who's so fragile shouldn't be getting these horrible tattoo sleeves because those should be reserved for tougher guys. I know this board thinks it's above stuff like that, but I really enjoy it when it happens.

I saw someone on Twitter say he was Derrick Rose, and another say he was Tyler Eifert. Both those guys produced way more than he ever has.

I hope it’s minor because I’m a fan but you just gotta assume he’s never gonna stay healthy enough to reach his ceiling at this point. Some are mad at him which I don’t get. No one wants to get hurt less than him. He can’t help it. Sucks for everyone involved but it’s nobodies fault.

I agree. He is the centerfielder the reds need but unfortunately his position is DL, not CF.

Are the Reds the kings of catastrophic opening day injuries? I think one of Griffey's big injuries happened on OD, Ryan Ludwick, now this. Hopefully Shogo is ready to go soon.
