I just think it's poor sportsmanship, that's all. YMMV.
Not even saying Woodford didn't deserve it in this case. I think he did. Because throwing at Cast's ribs and kneeing him in the back at home is not cool. I think Cast had every right to start throwing punches at that point, and showed a lot of restraint, looking back on it.
There's a whole world of gray area in between that and a bat flip/ trot/ fist pump / jump up and down for every. single. HR. or. good. play.
