Not only that, he literally bumped into the ump doing so, I thought that was automatic?

Smart of the Reds to appeal the suspension. Maybe it will be overturned or at least reduced from 2 games to 1. Besides, Castellanos is red hot right now. Better to wait for him to cool off a little and then sit out the games.
