    Scoreboard Watching!

Yeah, I know we're not even halfway through the first month but I am scoreboard watching. So what.

Nice that the Brewers beat the Cubs. Look at CHC's stats so far. No one hitting over .200. Beautiful to see.

Need Miami to beat STL here today. Cards not hitting this game either.

If Miami can pull this off, 2 game lead. Never to early to build something.

The Brewers are not a good team. They're not Pittsburgh-bad but they're not good either.

Cubs and Brewers have negative offensive fWAR so far this season. That's....not good.

A's are making their opponents all look like the Reds: 1-7, 19 RS, 59 RA.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Minor trivia point: So far this season the Reds and Cards have only lost to each other.

I feel like a character in an old "Twilight Zone" where I walk into a World where everything is perfect, but I know deep down that it can't be real, though I can't put my finger on exactly what it is.

Can we just wash, rinse, repeat this every day until November?

If the Cardinals lose tonight, they'll be tied with the Reds for 3rd place.
