    I missed a game and the thread. I did skim through and don't want to rehash it but I do not want anymore animated baseball after watching Winkers home run get called a double. Screw automated umps. Umpires are a part of baseball. My two cents.

    Humans called that a double.

    I believe a computer with the processing power of an Atari would have called it a home run.

    humans on the field missed the call (understandable). then idiot humans with the benefit of replay at MLB headquarters in new york also missed the call.

    so, this is a really bad example for you to use if you want humans making these decisions and not computers.
