Well that answers the question of who goes down when Shugo is ready. It's Schrock. Then the question will be who goes down when Aquino is ready.

The RH pinch hitters are awful now. I guess Blandino is the guy.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

My first job out of college was a research assistant assessing hand bone x-rays for skeletal maturity. I will never forget scaphoid, lunate, triquetral, pisiform, trapezium, trapezoid, capitate, and hamate. When they talk about the hamate, I go “yeah, I used to stare at those for hours on end”. Probably one of the more useful jobs I had. It is the Fels method of assessing skeletal maturity.

How do you fracture it swinging the bat? Is he too powerful for his own hamate?

Just realized 'Stakeout' with Richard Dreyfuss is nearly 35 years old. I love that flick.

    I'd rather the pitchers hit.

If you swing and miss the nub of the bat comes around can impact the hamate which is the bone in the distal carpal row on the ulnar side of the wrist

It's a small world. I worked with Dr. Duren and Dr. Sherwood for a while before they left town. They had folks interested in using their stuff to figure out how developed the kids at the prospect academies were. Lots of sniffing around and kicking the tires, but no funding.
