I cut my grass today in T-shirt and shorts. And worked up a sweat.
She used to wake me up with coffee ever morning

At least the glitch for a while showing Arizona with no outs but everything else the same wasn't real.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I am guessing most MLB players don’t know this rule. And probably not every MLB manager.

I’m in agreement that Sims really was not doing himself any favors by trying to pitch through that and then the coaches just listening to Barry. I assume. And not going out there to delay it even more.

this would shock me. players/managers think they could enter an inning trailing on the road, score 2 runs in the top half of the inning, have the game postponed without the other team getting a chance to hit, and then the game would be called in their favor?

i would hope the professionals understand basic rules about their sport.

Most MLB players don't know most of the rules. They just go out and play. Managers should know the rules, but usually have someone on the club whose job it is to know the rules, so many new ones don't.

I played in HS and college and this rule never came up, so I didn't know it.

Yea, that was truly the most boring interview ever.
I feel bad for the sports writers that have to come up with questions to ask.

I understand, it was an unplanned time filler, they have to do something.. Not criticizing Bally,
but man was that painful.. They need to get some Deputy Dog cartoons or something.
[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob

    The Umps really screwed us.
When the Reds were leading by 1 run, start of the 8th, win expectany for the Reds: 77.6%
Now that it's one out, top of 8 , bases loaded, trailing a run.. win expectancy for Reds: 15.5%
