Why not just say “I was wrong about this one” and move on?

Definitely agree, still glad we got him and the driveline folks. I think it’d be a miracle work to turn most of these AAAA guys into something useful. I think a lot of us here myself included may have gotten our expectations too high over the offseason in terms of being realistic about what he could actually turn some of these schmucks into.

I'd be happy to let him be AG in another uniform.

Yeah. Reds need to turn this around quick or else they are on a fast train to nowhere.

Yesterday’s isn’t on the team IMO, but def brutal way to lose. What sucks is this is a Diamondbacks team built to tank.

Tonight was VanMeter's first ever HR against a left handed pitcher.

The worse this pen gets the less likely Antone will move into the rotation.

They both OPSed under .800 last season. Point to the inaccuracy. They’re both a year older. I’m not saying anything controversial.

Just saying "SPEND" isn't analysis. It's a reasonable sentiment, certainly one I agree with, but it's not analysis. They could have signed Trevor Rosenthal (hurt) and Greg Holland (miserable so far), where would that have gotten them?
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
