    Luis Castillo back.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I'm not going to miss Barnhart when he (hopefully) does not return next year.
The guy just accepts losing and has had some bad seasons hitting (of course, now that it's his contract year, he's hitting well, hopefully it lasts).
And I am tired of the Reds' constantly giving him emotional support.
Plus, he seems like a jerk.. like that story about how he launched hundreds of golf balls into the vacant lot next to his house and then laughed that it was going to be "Someone else's problem" to pick them up.
Just not a fan of him. I'm glad we have Ty Steve to replace him.
[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob

I'm kind of ambivalent on him now.

I agree with you on him seeming to accept losing. He's made more than one comment recently that sounds like he just expects the Reds to go on long losing streaks and to lose when they go out west.

Even if both do happen, Barnhart shouldn't just expect them to.

Need more runs. I basically assume the pen will give up at least 3 runs every game now.

Suarez was late covering 2nd, otherwise Votto had a play there for a double play.

No way was he going to risk coming home with no outs.

He actually had the DP opportunity, Suarez just didn't get to the bag.

Lucky that mental lapse didn't cost them a run.

I’m gonna explode my head like a watermelon if I have to listen to this completely obnoxious News On app commercial for another commercial break. Please make it stop.

I'm just listening to the game today. Brantley and Thrall seemed convinced that he could have had an easy out at home.

Now is a good chance to beat up Davies some more
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

They let Davies off the hook as Suarez is still on the struggle bus big time
