incredible starts to the season for all the young pitchers that are high on the reds' prospect lists (greene, lodolo, santillan, richardson and vlad). i'm most excited about greene and lodolo of course, but good to see the others stepping up so far. just one start each for them so far, but incredibly encouraging.

The farm system has played 11 games this season. The starting pitchers in those 11 games have thrown 45.0 innings, allowed 26 hits, walked 13 batters, and struck out 57 batters all while posting a 1.40 ERA.

I am pretty certain that early minor league games are often dominated by pitching. Still, it's nice to see. I could be wrong.
The stat that sticks out to me the most is the fact that Lodolo has yet to walk a batter since becoming a professional.
