Not yet. I advised my wife and daughter to top off today, though, just in case. I know that's the kind of thing that makes these issues worse. But I don't want us to be the ones without gas.
Upstate South Carolina near Clemson here. Every gas station a half hour in any direction is out of gas right now. I have a third of a tank and will be using it wisely.

lol the gas I wasted going to 10 different gas stations this morning says otherwise. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I have a little country market gas station (where I never get gas) close by my house. I'll wait till they get some before I go out and waste what I have left.

Friend texted me about a gas station w/gas. Had to wait in line for about 20 mins but I filled up. Seemed to be lines at a handful of stations I drove past, so things are better than this morning.
Not that I've left the house much while working from home anyways, but the timing couldn't be better for me. Two weeks out from the vaccine I can finally ride public transit with confidence again!
I ended up getting gas with no problem. Station seemed a little more crowded than usual. PS - My other car is electric !!

Our gas stations here are not affected except that our fellow residents think they are.
So lines with no real shortage.

Here in WNC everyone panics at the drop of a hat so all the stations are out, the Mrs could only find premium for $3.70 a gallon

So true. Also, my wife routinely lets her gas light come on before she fills up, which drives me nuts. It came back to bite her this time when she couldn't get gas, so she had to take my car to work the past couple of days.
