Yesterday was the Night of the Winker, perhaps today can be the Day of the Heinemann.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

It is odd that Suarez still has the most games played and PAs on the Reds. He’s played quite a bit for someone hitting in the .150’s.

But to be fair to Bell, et al, Reds have had many infield injuries.

Suarez has the most at bats BECAUSE he is playing badly. Blandino (.245 avg) has been available basically every game. But Bell has to show he supports Suarez.

Blandino makes really nice snag on first hitter of game.

My son had his first ever t-ball/baseball practice today. He loved it. He wanted to stay after practice and take turns hitting grounders to each other. We did this for about an hour just the two of us. Two things:

    1. I forgot how dirty you get playing baseball!

    2. Baseball is absolutely amazing.
What would you say.....ya do here?

Anderson is on course to throw a 36 pitch complete game.

Geno makes Anderson throw over twice the amount of pitches in the first inning.
