Zero Gold's for Men's and only 1 gold for Women's (400M Hurdles). Should be a heavy favorite in the Women's 4x400M though. Will be very interesting who goes in the finals. I would put Muhammed, Sydney, Allison and Mu.
For the Men I hope they run Rai although I am not sure he is in the pool. If so then you go Cherry, Norman, Rai and Ross.
Also Carl Lewis called the Men's 4x100 effort a "Clown show"

The second pass is getting most of the attention, but I can't say enough bad things about how slow Brommell's opening leg was. He had an inside lane and he gained no ground on anyone.
