I agree with Larkin. Winker and Castellanos haven’t been good long enough to be getting the benefit of calls

The pitch to Winker was a ball. The catcher pulled it in and the ump went for it.

I don’t feel the ump was considering that on the pitch.

The next close one went our way with Castellanos…..but Weathers missed target by 18 inches so didn’t get call

I wish India would stop stealing. He would have been out if Machado had kept the tag on.

I think India is a better baserunner than the CS% and the one infamous over-slide would indicate, could see him being a real weapon there in the future.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I wish he would steal more. And I wish a few other guys would steal more, as well. Put players in motion, make things happen.

Have to use your advantages. Only a few Reds have speed, use it. Pick your spots, be smart, but use it.

Weathers is in better shape now than when he pitched

Machado was trying to be quick and the swipe has no slow down to it whereas the gold on tag has a bit of slow down so it can be held on…..India also caught him off guard and a bit out of position to cover. All goes into it.

Lopez needs to give up switch-hitting. He has a .000 batting average left-handed, and a 1.000 batting average right-handed.
