Shawn Guilliams looks to be committed to Florida next year. These later rounds are pretty iffy.

From MLB.com
"Guilliams began his college career at North Florida but moved to College of Central Florida after a year. He looked like one of the best JUCO pitchers in the class at the start of the spring, with a fastball up to 95 mph and flashing a plus curve, all coming from a loose and athletic delivery. A forearm issue forced him to miss a large chunk of the spring, which impacted his Draft stock, though he did return to throw at the MLB Draft Combine in June. He'll head to the University of Florida if the Draft doesn't work out."

Looks like a lot of teams are thinking high school players are heading to college and aren't going to get into a bidding war. That may be a pandemic after-effect, or it could be due to the minor league contraction last year. Or both.

Baseball America said he is one of the Youngest Draft Eligible Players. He is 19.
This from Baseball America.
Guilliams struck out 49 batters in 33.2 innings this spring and posted a 2.41 ERA over six starts. He impressed scouts with a fastball in the 92-95 mph range and a curveball around 80 mph that has impressive late power through the zone and got plus grades from scouts. He’s also thrown a firm, upper-80s changeup that has significant arm-side running action and looks like a potential weapon against lefthanded hitters.
The Reds Select with their 12th Round Pick.

That is Back to Back JUCO guys. The Reds must have worked out what it would take to buy them out with Money left over from the DRaft Pool. The first $125,000 does not count against the Pool for players in rounds 11 to 20
