Reds just drafted Mike Trout's evil German doppleganger.

From Prep Baseball Report:
His dad, John Trautwein, appeared in the majors with the Red Sox in 1988.A true freshman in 2019, Trautwein handled the bulk of the catching duties for Northwestern, showcasing athletic actions behind the dish and a strong catch-and-throw game resulting in regular sub-2.0 pop times and a 70% caught stealing rate. He continued to look the part of an above-average defender over that summer, boasting soft hands and strong wrists to go with smooth actions, side-to-side. At the plate, Trautwein shows flashes of hard contact and projects as a future gap-to-gap power threat with a chance for some over-the-fence pop to emerge by his draft-eligible junior year. He displays the strike zone command you would expect of a strong defensive backstop, though his aggressiveness at the plate this summer has limited some of his free pass opportunities. Trautwein has the tools to grow into an impact backstop, both behind the plate and in the box. He’s already showing a solid draft profile and with even minimal offensive growth he could emerge as a strong Day Two candidate by 2021.

the reds' next pick is #420 overall. smoke em if ya got em.
Trautwein looks like an excellent pick at this level. Low K rate with some pop.
Hmm...Pirates Seleted top 100 prospect Braylon Bishop HS OF in the 14th round. Arkansas commit. Overslot? That's the #94 prospect going with pick #403.

The Reds with their 15th Round pick select
BLAKE DUNN OF
6' 0" 210lbs | DOB: 09/05/98
Western Michigan (MI)
From MLB.com
Dunn earned 16 letters in four sports at Saugatuck (Mich.) High, finishing as the second-leading scorer in state football history (827 points), winning six state championships in hurdles and scoring 51 points in a single basketball game. He has plus-plus speed (6.32 seconds in the 60-yard dash), a strong arm (up to 95 mph on the mound), plays a quality center field and has big raw power. But the right-handed hitter also has timing issues at the plate and has struggled with wood bats in summer league play, so there are questions about his ability to produce at the next level. He injured his left hamate in Western Michigan's first game this year and was limited to 20 starts, batting .305/.474/.576.
