Cessa's no world-beater but he's given the Yanks solid production the last few seasons.

Wilson was always pretty good until this year where he's now pitching like a guy who belongs in the Reds bullpen. Maybe a change of scenery helps, maybe he's just gonna be cut and was only included to make the Cessa part happen.

Without knowing details it looks like maybe they had to take on Wilson's contract in order to get Cessa. Or they just wanted another terrible lefty. If Cessa can put up those numbers in the AL East he should do well here.

Wilson has pitched in the Majors for 10 seasons and the Reds will be his sixth club. The 33-year-old has struggled this year with a 7.50 ERA in 21 outings. He's yielded 18 hits and 17 runs (15 earned) in 18 innings, striking out 15 and walking nine.
