Prospect Discussion: Best Prospect Under 20 and 21 and Under

Who, in your opinion, is currently the best Red prospect under 20? (That's typically DSL and ACL Leagues, though there may be a few in low A as well.)

Does that change when the age is 21? Why or why not?

Without looking, I’d assume Austin Hendrick and Jay Allen are 1 and 2 respectively, with Jackson Miller probably being number 3. Recently promoted Elly De La Cruz likely checks in at #4.

If you’re including non-teenagers, Rece Hinds would probably be #2 or 3 on the overall list, with Tyler Callihan right behind him and Lyon Richardson and Yan Contreras a bit further down.

In the too early to tell/keep an eye on category, I’d include Michel Tirana, Ariel Almonte and Malvin Valdez, the three biggest international signings of the last five years.
