    Don Everly R.I.P.

On August 21 Don Everly died at age 84. His brother Phil died in 2014. The Everly Brothers were music legends who had a great string of hits beginning in the late 1950s with "Bye Bye Love" and "All I Have To Do Is Dream," and influenced and were admired by a generation of pop artists, including the Beatles and Brian Wilson. R.I.P.
"Hey...Dad. Wanna Have A Catch?" Kevin Costner in "Field Of Dreams."

My favorite group of all time- my earliest memory of song, just heavenly.

Even more than Elvis, they brought country over to rock n roll.

What a loss, what music- they influenced the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel.....

Their influence on music is hard to overstate.
