Kov can be removed from the 40 and not have to go through waivers due to it being a covid replacement.

Why now, too late again. All year, from the winter meetings on , there has been no sense of urgency. Wasted year. I enjoyed the rookies and feel sorry for the players and team ,who gave their all , and didn’t have enough ammo .
