Riley O'Brien will make his MLB debut tomorrow, filling in for Luis Castillo in the starting rotation. Castillo is now scheduled to pitch on Friday.

RHP Riley O'Brien will make the start for the Reds on Tuesday in Chicago in his big-league debut. Sonny Gray will start Wednesday, following by Castillo and then Tyler Mahle. Sunday's starter is TBD

There’s a lot to like about Sanmartin, especially for a guy who will be pitching a half his games in GAB: limits walks, limits homers.

Yeah I know it's obviously not fair to compare one big league start to Vlad's 100+ innings but I like Sanmartin's general profile, and minor league history, quite a bit more than Vlad's. I think he's at least an intriguing relief option and possibly a solid BOR guy.

I think Amir Garrett made himself expendable, and this is coming from his agent, lol.

I liked San Martin’s MLB debut, but I remember Tim Pugh, Mo Sanford, and many more pitchers who had a great debut, and not much else. I’m not penciling him in for anything, other than a chance to prove himself next spring.
