And what happened to Ahrens? Dude went from being a potential sharp shooting role player on either an nba team or euro team to selling insurance next year. He is absolutely horrible.
Like I was saying, buckeyes don’t have a good offense.

What would you say.....ya do here?
I only watched a bit of the second half, but they just looked gassed.
I only caught the 2nd half and it was an ugly game. They struggle to rebound on defense which leads to massive issues. They hung in there for a while but there was a stretch of two possessions in a row with an offensive rebound, and then a 3 hit shortly afterward. One was on a FT which shouldn't happen and the other they had everyone boxed out and just got beat to the ball.
Arhens isn't the only one who looks lost. Key looks lost as well, just a shell of what you thought he would become. And while Kyle Young has had a very good career, he isn't as good this season as he was last year. Don't know why.
As for Branham, yesterday's game poured some ice water on the hyperbolic rise. As for his marketability, it won't be as high as a star football player, but he should be able to make some serious cash. OSU is weird in that there is a pretty big basketball following, it just doesn't start til mid January. If Branham isn't a lottery pick, I think he should return to school, because I think his ceiling is that of a top 10 pick.
Get smoked by the 8-21 Nebraska Cornhuskers. At this point are they going to make the tourney?

OMG, Ohio State down by 10 with 15 min. remaining.

OSU has to start asking questions about Holtmann IMHO. Inexcusable loss. Not this offseason, but another season like this next year (or worse without EJ Liddell and possible Branham) - time to move on.

Wow.
The Lady Buckeyes have it together:
“ The Ohio State women's basketball team is going into the 2022 Big Ten Tournament with momentum.
The Buckeyes won 13 of their final 15 games, including a 61-55 win in the regular season finale against Michigan State.
At 22-5 and 14-4 in the Big Ten, Ohio State enters the conference tournament as the No. 1 overall seed. “

There will be some overreactions, deservedly so. And if I were a betting man I would bet against them Thursday and this weekend as well.
They are completely gassed right now. The covid make up games are crowding the schedule, and they are dealing with some injuries as well.
Last night Key was out, Young was out after the 1st half, Liddell was playing with cramps, and Wheeler had two gauze sticks in his nose.
Defense has been a mess all season long, and they just got beat to a lot of balls over the past couple of games.
