Sad...and seems pretty problematic for Baffert and the sport.

Honestly, why has there not been a massive independent investigation of Santa Anita by this point? It seems like it has became a Thoroughbred grave yard over the last decade!
I know there is great history in this sport, but I knew a large animal vet in Kentucky about 20 years ago......and the more I learned about the sport, the more convinced I became that it needs to go the way of greyhound racing. A sport with history, but no future.
