I was always a Nick Esasky fan. And remember those Kid Glove Games, where the Reds brought in their AAA team for an exhibition? I think Paul Householder’s best game was in one of those exhibitions.

Dave Revering. Never played for the Reds but got us both Vida Blue(who never played for the Reds, thank Bowie Kuhn) and Doug Bair who was a lights out closer for us one season.

Scott Sullivan was a pitcher I loved-- competent in an era when no one on the staff could do much of anything. And dependable.

In recent years, I thought Curt Casali often got ignored as the more productive of the two Red catchers.
    Sullivan was awesome. Great call

phil dumatrait was fantastic only 39 hits in 18 innings,, reminded me of Brian Reith and Todd VanPoppel or maybe it was Seth Etherton and Justin Atchley

I was a huge Johnny Ruffin fan mainly because of how he wore his cap...he had a good 3 year run with the Reds.
Scooter Genett also had a nice run with the Reds...

David Weathers was so underappreciated. People wanted to replace him every year, and every year he'd just go get guys out.

When I was a kid I used to think Leo Garcia was some sort of supersub the Reds brought in every time the team needed a spark because I constantly saw him in the transactions bouncing between Cincinnati and Nashville
Weathers was quite good used to love seeing him play catch with his son in the outfield before games...

Weathers was one of my favorites too. Great competitor and netter than some wanted to give him credit.

Chris Sabo is another I always liked.

Sabo is a legitimate member of the Reds HOF(Unlike Oester). That means to me he was a "Star" not a "Non-Star".

Sabo later in life had some classic interviews with Dan Patrick and Rob Dibble. Seemed like a really fun guy to have in a clubhouse.
