The weirdest thing about Peraza was how badly the Reds apparently wanted him. Of all the players to target…?

I didn’t care much for either Adam Dunn or Austin Kearns. For years, both were touted a future Reds stars, as they moved through the farm system, and then they turned out to be one-dimensional sluggers, especially Dunn.
I didn't care for Junior. As a Mariner he was awesome, fantastic attitude. I know he had injuries here, but the thing I couldn't stand was how often he struck out looking. Didn't even take the bat off the shoulder. I remember Marty constantly talking about he Junior needed to swing.
John Tsitoruis (bane of 64), Alex Johnson (Mr. Surly), Milt Pappas (waaaah I don't wanna be here), Alex Trevino (unfair but he followed JB), Nick Esasky (superstar that never was), Ray Knight as a manager exact opposite of how I felt about him as a player, Mat Latos (a punk with an arm), Jose Peraza (never have I seen an outfit lust so much for so little)
99% of all numbers only tell 33% of the story so when looking at the numbers remember that numbers is plural...

My wife from the first time she saw Votto play she could not stand him. I have since joined her.
I am shocked that you still follow the Reds if you don't like Votto because after 2013 there were years where there was really nothing else of interest about the Reds other than Votto. Without Votto, I just don't think I would have bothered following the team these past 7 or 8 years. Kudos to you for sticking with them.
