But what was the logic in going for 2 on your first TD to make it 28-8 instead of 28-7? Even if they got 2 more TD’s and converted 2 pointers both times, they’re still down 28-24 and need another TD because a field goal won’t get them there.

Is there something I’m not thinking of?

I know nothing about the analytics of this situation, but I would assume that the Rams are going keep scoring points, so I’m chasing as many points of my own as possible.

Only thing I can think of is that if LAR got a FG, they'd only need 4 scores instead of 5.

This chart says go for 2 if the deficit is 16 or more. Not sure of the logic but I guess there is a supercomputer somewhere that does know.

SoFi Stadium is getting great reviews here in LA, except for the food which is getting destroyed by everyone on social media. Very few options and they say barely as good as an AM/PM. The pics have been compared to the Fyre Festival food.
