There has been talk that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross wants Jim Harbaugh to coach Miami. IIRC, Ross is a Michigan man and he's tried to hire Harbaugh in the past to no avail.
It sounds like Harbaugh does want to get back to the NFL. I expect 2021 to be his last yr at Mich. I don't know if his heart was ever in it

I would LOVE for Jacksonville to hire Flores.
They basically cut his pay in half this year. He got $1M back by winning the B1G East and going to the playoff but it still has to burn. Also, why not go out on a high note by beating tOSU and going to the playoff?
Doubt Miami will do better than Flores. He's a good coach.
