I'm not going to quibble with you whether natural immunity is better than vax immunity but it is at least as effective according to that research. I did make a point and you know my point 'cause you responded to it. My quote was "Natural immunity is not getting enough pub'..."
Natural Immunity, which by the way, was a great porn star in the 80's, has reportedly fired its publicist.
Where we gonna go?
Natural Immunity wanes, so unless you plan on contracting covid every six months -- risking long covid in the process -- it's better to get your shots.
Your imagination is a powerful weapon. Make sure you know when you're using it.
I don’t want to rely on natural immunity (I’m triple vaxxed). I’m just saying natural immunity rules and Democrats drool.

The mental gymnastics some idiots take to not take a simple shot is astounding.

Rather than just throw out anecdotes here, let's make an effort to keep up with the new facts and here's the latest on long covid:

Long COVID Comes Into the Light
We’re finally starting to see the truth about the vexing condition. It’s not what we thought.
Long COVID is neither as common nor as severe as initially feared.

"....the two players I liked watching the most were Barry Larkin and Eric Davis. I was suitably entertained by their effortless skill that I didn't need them crashing into walls like a squirrel on a coke binge." - dsmith421
I can't figure out what the point is in this thread anymore. Get your shots, don't get your shots, who cares?

My neighbor's dad died yesterday, and it was apparently complications from Covid. 76 years old, but generally pretty healthy otherwise. Sad stuff. Missed his grandson's state championship basketball game a week and a half ago, but at least he was able to know his grandson's team won. Sports fanatic, so he'd have loved that sort of thing.
Definitely not a question I'm going to be asking his son anytime soon, but based on other discussions I've had with him I'm pretty sure the dad would have been vaccinated/boosted, so it probably wasn't one of "those" cases.
https://www.foxnews.com/health/covid...h-organizationCOVID vaccines are not needed for healthy kids and teens, says World Health Organization
Healthy children and teens likely don’t need COVID-19 vaccinations, according to updated guidance posted on the website of the World Health Organization (WHO) on Tuesday.
WHO’s Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) met last week to create a revised roadmap for COVID vaccinations.
For healthy adults under 60 — a group that is deemed medium priority — SAGE recommends the full vaccine series and one booster dose but does not recommend additional boosters.
"Natural immunity following infection must be included in counting immune protection, as well as the amount of COVID still around," he added.
Too bad they already spent 2 years mandating them to everyone.
