Great stuff between Seattle and Detroit. Atlanta holding on. I wish the Bengals had the ability to run like Cleveland.

Now for more Dallas is going to the SB talk coming this week.

Both Cleveland and Baltimore losing winnable games, and Pittsburgh is on the way to doing the same.

Pickett and Pickens could be a nice tandem...

Amazing how an actual QB can find the guy, eh? Hail Mary turns into an INT. The only three incompletions for Pickett were two tipped INT's and a hail mary INT. And yet the guy still finished with a higher passer rating than Trubisky. No problem with the outcome if it gets Trubisky (and hopefully, Canada) out of the mix. Just too much first half futility to overcome.

If the player is stopped then he shouldn’t get help to get over.
It used to be illegal. Only recently have the rules allowed pushing a player forward

I didn’t know that and makes no sense. Player safety. Nope. We need even more ways to help the offense.

Prior to 2005 it was a penalty in the NFL
The penalty in college and high school was later reduced to 10 yards, and finally 5 yards. The NFL and CFL continued with the foul as 10 yards. In 2005, the National Football League made the penalty only for pulling and carrying, removing the flag in cases of pushing.[6] The NCAA followed in 2013. Pushing still remains illegal in high school games.[6]

Jackson once again struggles in crunch time. In the NFL you generally don't win close games in crunch time with scrambling runs from the QB. You gotta make clutch throws. I hope the Ravens give Jackson all kinds of guaranteed money

Look at that offense Jackson is responsible for so much because they lack any proven receivers on the outside...it's basically Andrews and nothing much else for him to throw to.

Buffalo made some nice adjustments in the second half doubling Andrews and using 2 linebackers to spy on Jackson. Similar approach to what Lou does with the Bengals.

Bengals fans had a good day.

I have to wonder whether the analytical tools coaches use say go for the TD not the easy 3 points. Browns gave up 3 points early in the game which cost them. Ditto for the ravens with 4 minutes left.

Analytics are only as good as the execution.

    Good point.

I still think the Ravens made a mistake trading Hollywood and not making any effort to add receivers. They are putting all their chips in Rashod Bateman to step up and he really hasn’t to this point.
